Power Wire and Cable
Flame-retardant B1 grade low-smoke halogen-free cables utilize advanced high-resistance, compact structural technology. The insulation uses cross-linked polyethylene to enhance the cable's electrical performance, while the armored cable incorporates an oxygen barrier layer to improve its flame-retardant and fire-resistant properties. The sheath uses a low-smoke, halogen-free, high-resistance, environmentally friendly polyolefin material, further enhancing the cable's flame-retardant, fire-resistant, and mechanical properties. In the event of a fire, the cable can effectively prevent the spread of flames; during combustion, it does not release toxic halogen gases and reduces smoke emissions. This is highly beneficial for rescue efforts in fire situations, effectively reducing casualties and property damage.
This product is suitable for power distribution networks or industrial installations with a rated voltage of 0.6/1 kV and below in industrial and civil buildings. It can be used in fire protection systems for engineering construction, and in densely populated areas and places requiring special protection, such as subways, airports, train stations, shopping malls, hotels, schools, hospitals, exhibition centers, data centers, transportation hubs, and high-rise buildings.
Usage Characteristics:
1. Rated voltage Uo/U: 0.6/1kV;
2. Long-term permissible operating temperature of the cable conductor: 90℃;
3. During a short circuit (maximum duration not exceeding 5 seconds), the cable conductor temperature shall not exceed 250℃;
4. Cable laying temperature ≥0℃; preheating measures should be taken if necessary.
